I believe SilverStream is very close to using Struts as a standard
throughout their product line. But since they've gotten burned with heavy
use of proprietary technology in the past, they are very cautious in re: to
committing to any sort of technology.
In their ePortal product, one of their latest sample application uses the
struts framework with portal components.
I've also heard the latest version of their eXtend Insurance is built with
Struts using ePortal components.
Also, since the first version of 3.7 of Silverstream, demo applications have
existed written with Struts.
