I think of it this way: The template tags "push" content into a template,
whereas the JSP include tags "pull" content into a template.
If you have a complex page template that you need to reuse, the JSP include
tags don't really help you much. You still need to copy the template and
'include' different pages to get each resulting completed page.
With the template tags, you define the template once, using <template:get>
tags to identify where custom content goes. Then you define your customised
pages just using the <template:insert> and <template:put> tags to define
what goes where in the template.
