SilverStream and Struts

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with the struts example 1.0 and SilverStream 3.7.2.
When I deploy the war, the server console display:

resolveEntity('-//Apache Software Foundation//DTD Struts Configuration
1.0//EN', 'http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/dtds/struts-config_1_0.dtd')
 Not registered, use system identifier

Any idea ?
