Thanks for your comments.

Your concerns are the reason I have been thinking about the multi-page form
support being a specific case of workflow i.e. for web we may only require
one page, but for WAP we may require several etc. As I said I should have
more in a couple of days, but thanks, I'll take your comments into account.
