I'm using Struts1.0 and decided to download a recent nightly build version
to take advantage of some of the new tags.
I downloaded the most recent nightly build of struts (08/30/2001)
Followed the steps on the README file and i have this exception when it is
trying to load the webapp.
I'm using Strust on Weblogic 6.0
