I don't know how recent this is (no date I could see), but there's an

This might be helpful for those just learning the framework.

One thing I found interesting was that they characterize the ActionForm as
"The Struts implementation of the Model..." I had thought of the ActionForm
as a "utility" class to facilitate communications in a Struts application.
Maybe I'm mistaken...
