i'm using the html taglib privided with struts and have tried the resulting pages on windows (IE 5.5) and linux (opera, mozilla and konqueror) - whilst this is hardly exhaustive testing (i need to try netscape and older versions of IE) i've yet to find any problems. Hope that helps
