Hi -
How can I check if the correct
ApplicationResources.properties has been loaded or not
?
I tried using the following :-
<logic:notPresent
name="org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE"
scope="application">
<font color="red">
ERROR: Application resources not loaded -- check
servlet container
logs for error messages.
</font>
</logic:notPresent>
By doing this, I do not get the above error even if I
remove ApplicationResources.properties from the
hierarchy. The exception is thrown when it tries to do
the first getMessage().
