I've gotten this type of thing when I'm changing any of the action classes during development. I assume struts might be doing its own class loading and I'm pulling the old class out from under it. If you are not modifying the classes, I don't know what might be the cause. By the way, is there any way to tell struts to re-initialize itself, including reloading the classes?
