struts-stub from husted.com

    hey guys,
        has anyone tried to work out the tutorial struts-stub
from husted.com? it's wierd because it is trying to forward
to a jsp page which resides under WEB-INF directory, in my
webcontainer, iplanet web server 6.0sp2, it's denying access
to that directory for viewing, which is j2ee standard i thought.
anyone else having the same problem?
