One option would be to create a frameset
with a full screen frame as so:

<HTML>
<HEAD><TITLE>WebApp</TITLE></HEAD>
<FRAMESET>
 <FRAME name="main" src="/webapp/appEntry.do" scrolling="auto"
frameborder="no">
</FRAMESET>
</HTML>

all the user will see in the address bar
is http://server/webapp/appEntry.do and the
page title will remain as WeApp.

otherwise you'll probably want to look into
tracking sessions with cookies rather than
URL rewriting.
