Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I try to convert the chinese in the properties file to unicode using native2ascii but it doesn't work. "<%@ page contentType="text/html; charset=big5" %>" + native2ascii = "?????", all chinese characters becomes '??'.
Anybody can give some more help ?
