The struts file upload example (struts-upload.war) in the nightly build gives the following exception om TC 4.0.1 on Win2K SP2:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot find message resources under key org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE Does anybody know what's wrong? Somebody suggested that putting xerces.jar in the webapps' lib directory solved it. But is doesn't in my case.
