Howto struts on OS/390??

Hi,
we would like to run a struts 1.01 web application on an OS/390
computer.
Is there a howto available (Websphere 3.5.x /tomcat) because we have
difficulties with Webpshere 3.5.
Is tomcat  possible? Who has any experience?
