Help setting up PoolMan with Struts in Tomcat 3.3

Hi All,

While reading thru the poolman user guide, I found that with TOMCAT 4.0, I
should put poolman.xml in my web application WEB-INF\classes directory.

Is that true also with Tomcat 3.3 also??

Any help is appreciated.
