Hmmm, I'm steering clear of anything verging on Hungarian notation. Every time I've used them, on my own or in teams, it always gets out of hand and ends up being a waste of time. Using a name like Factory or Stuffer :-) means you've got something to search on, it actually means something to outsiders, and it's also readable. Plus you don't get into silly conversations like whether an enumeration definition and an enumeration variable should both start with enm. (did VB for way too long...)
