From what I read, it was much more powerful than jmeter, but I don't have the article anymore and this was pre-.net, so who knows if it still exists or if it's still free or if you can test web applications that you developed with non-Microsoft tools. If someone knows the answers to these questions, I'd be interested in hearing them.
