www.kgbinternet.ca
Not free but for $10 Canadian you'll get jsp and servlets with Tomcat (3 or 4
your choice) in a shared JVM. $20 setup charge gets you MySQL database, and
for $20 a month instead of $10 you get a private JVM.
Alternatively www.blacksun.ca have similar deals around $30 Canadian.

I've given up on free hosting, so I'd just been researching the cheapest pay
for sites.

HTH,

Mike
