Hi I am running Struts with Borland Enterprises Server (BES), version 5.0. I have migrated an application that was deployed on Tomcat 4 standalone to BES.
BES will not run the app, printing a parser error on startup about not being able to find the dtd's for the struts-config.xml file. This stops the servlet engine from coming up and thus my app refuses to work. The struts jar is in the webapp, as well as any other required jars. My understanding is that the ActionServlet re-directs the parser to the srtuts jar for dtd's. What could be causing BES not to find the DTD's?
