Hi, I am Norman.
I am running Tomcat 4.0, Struts 1.02, JDK 1.3 When I recompile my servlets after making some changes to them, they do not refresh immediately. I have to stop and restart tomcat to do this. Can somebody throw some lights on what is missing in my configuration?. Thanks in advance Norman
