It is the only tool to implement OMG's MDA. It utilizes NetBeans as the IDE. It has JoNas integrated to allow complete unit testing at the desktop, the ability to assemble and deploy on WebLogic, WebSphere, and iPlanet quickly. The biggest plus is that the tools is pattern driven, and I do not mean code templates, with the ability to create your own implementations of patterns.
