(Just one suggestion)

You would be better off using ant to build your project and integrate Ant
runner so you can call the task.  That way you can place the properties
files in the source directory and ant will copy it for you.

I have JBuilder 6 Enterprise but I prefer to use NetBeans.  It has better
support for Ant.  (e.g. the build.xml is all I need for a project, just
mount and start coding)
