Tigerdirect.com Get a Barebones system (Case/PS/CPU/Memory/HD) and go from there....its the cheapest way I've found to getting top quality without all the fluff (XP/Office/Blah/Blah/Blah).
The best part is you don't have to buy stuff you probably already have (Monitor/Video Card/Printer/CDR/CDRW/DVD/etc/etc) I've done it several times. Good luck!!!
