Suggestion - simplify Layout a JSP page using radio buttons (Or's) and CheckBoxes (AND's) that coincide with the fields/values/whatever. If you can layout the page and make it simple, logical and functional, then you can write the qualifier class(es) to build your WHERE clauses. Swing is likely overkill.
