It really wouldn't be too difficult to build something to do this. 
 Using digester for building up the beans, and a bit of customization, 
you could build up a slick little tool.

    + The user would know where they are in the site at all times
    - You would have to configure this seperately from Struts and keep 
it in "sync"

It just depends on how important that is to you.  The important thing to 
do is to somehow associate each of your actions with other actions -- 
build a heirarchy with your home-page on the very top.  It'd be like a 
"living site map", only you'd juse see the piece of it that leads you 
back up to "Home".

... once a person went to the trouble to build the thing up, a site-map 
could be easily generated from it, as you'd list all possible points of 
interest the user could go to (or could).
