Can't do that on WLS :-(. I'm pretty sure I've also tried it on WLS 7.0 and it doesn't work there either. One alternative to the JSPs-under-WEB-INF is to use a security constraint in web.xml to disallow all access to a directory where all your JSPs are kept. Unfortunately, this was also broken in WLS 6.1. I actually submitted a bug for this but I don't know if they ever patched it or fixed it in WLS 6.1sp3. The security constraint bug *is* fixed in WLS 7.0.
