1) You have to make sure your commons-validator.jar
and the various validator.xml files are from the same date.
The URI changed about 2 weeks ago, so make sure your
DTD statement at the top of your applications validator.xml
matches the version stored in the commons-validator.jar
2) Wouldn't just deleting the DTD reference at the top of the
validator.xml, validator-rules.xml or what ever the xml files
are named work ?
