Hi Vicky, I don't have an answer for your question but one of my own. I have just started using WebSphere 4.0.x and want to use struts. I copy the struts-example.war to the installableApps directory and then use the Administrative Console to install it. It says that it is installed and started but I can't get the index.jsp to display in my browser.
How are you installing struts?
