In weblogic.xml, under <jsp-descriptor>...</jsp-descriptor> you shouldfind
something that looks like:
<jsp-param>
<param-name>precompile</param-name>
<param-value>false</param-value>
</jsp-param>
To precompile all your JSPs, change the "false" to "true".
You can also do it throught the spiffy WebLogic console/GUI (The setting is
somewhere in the Web application area... I can't remember where exactly).
Keep in mind that this slows down server startup significantly (At least it
does on my development machine), so its probably something you only want to
do on machines where the server isn't being bounced frequently.
