Refresh on MSIE, PLEASE HELP!!

Hello,
I'm having big troubles with MSIE because it doesn't refresh the content of my forms.
I've put
<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="0"> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">
but it doesn't refresh my pages!

How to do to refresh my pages?
