Alex,
You should have it either one of these two ways, not both mixed together.
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-bean-1.0</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-bean-1.0</taglib-loca
tion>
</taglib>
or
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>

I try to modify the uri into the web.xml like the uri defined
into the struts-bean.ld
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-bean-1.0</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location>
But it's still not work .
Thanks for your support.
