I use Forte For Java IDE community version, each time I stop and start the internal tomcat engine for application testing, it is not only freeze my machine, it also takes about 2 minutes to restart completely. How can I reload an application without restart the tomcat? I know there is no "reload" function in struts 1.1b3, but how can I refresh the application after adding or modifying classes.
