WSAD 5.0 with tiles-definitions and struts 1.1 dont work with exemples of
configuration give by apache

I'm using WSSD's larger cousin - WSAD. It works beautifully well, but is 
trying to be smart about the content of struts-config.xml, meaning that 
it signals errors when I add the Tiles plug-in to struts-config.xml. I 
just ignore it; it works regardless.
