ValidatorActionForm example?

Hey all,

I find little or no mention of the use of a ValidatorActionForm in the
books or examples or mailing list.

I've seen Ted's post regarding this not being the best approach
to use, but I'd like to at least get one form working myself. (stubborn :)

Does anyone have an example or snippets from their
validation.xml, struts-config.xml, and/or other helpful hints?

I did not have much trouble with the ValidatorForm and
the DynaValidatorForm, but this one still eludes me.
