I'm afraid I haven't gotten my act together and written a friendly document about this. It's sort of a funny thing. I mean, if you know Struts, and you know JSTL, well, think Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Except for knowing which tags have been ported (as described in the "README.txt" file), there's not a lot more to know. There is a small section in the User Guide about Struts-EL, but it doesn't go into a lot of detail.
