Is sslext only support struts 1.1, but not support struts 1.0.2?

Hi everyone,
 
    is there anyone know is sslext supports only struts 1.1, but not
supports struts 1.0.2?  Will struts 1.1 finally fully support ssl
customization, like what sslext does?
