$12.00 a month for web hosting is too much??? If you're writing code surely you can afford $12.00! Like I said before the amounts are in Canadian $$$.

postgreSQL. I only find mycgiserver who support jsp and servlet but
as I see in their forum is some post who says struts is not supported.
