hi, yes I forgot this detail (I'm working only for IE for one year ( :(( ) and so I forgot such of detail sometime).
But you may do on a first page test on browser type, and redirect to ie portal with iframe or do include like your solution if iframe are not available. Or you have the solution of a real frameset, but it is not nice. I do not have read the spec of html for a while, but I'm wondering if iframe won't became standard (to be confirmed).
