I have noticed a couple of posts to the below mentioned problem but no
replies. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
I am running struts 1.1 RC1 on Websphere 5. I have a jsp named index.jsp
residing in my webapps jsp folder. When I click on the jsp submit button it
should create an instance of ShowBillerSearchAction instance which forwards
me on to the show_biller_seach.jsp page. However the ActionServlet does not
seem to create an instance of ShowBillerSearchAction and I am left looking
at a blank page.

In my struts-config.xml I have the following defined for showBillerSearch
