When you build your EAR you would have provided the CONTEXT ROOT, I assume your context root in this case is /sorters, since you are implementing a EAR file in Web sphere you need not to provide the context root again. However if your are implementing the WAR file then you have to.
Try implementing the EAR file in Web sphere with out providing the Context Root.
