Anyone else out there have access to IBM's problem submission (ESR)
tool? Have you actually tried to USE it?!?! Good God! It takes FOREVER
for it to move screen to screen, to load my contract numbers, etc. My users
and managers wouldn't tolerate it if MY apps worked that way, yet I have to
use this piece of @#$#%^ code from my J2EE server vendor?!?!

Yesterday I tried to use it. It wouldn't even start. I got a 500, I
got a blank white page (kinda like Struts can do if you goof up your config,
actually), and I gave up thinking it wasn't working at all. So, I submitted
a message to them that there was a problem with it, and TODAY--24 hours
later--I got a standardized reply that they were LOOKING AT my message.

        OK. Fine. I'll try again.

What happened? I got about 3 error 500's while trying to submit a
problem. Good thing it wasn't a critical production problem, eh?

Anyway, I did finally manage to get my problem submitted. Hope the
system doesn't LOSE IT... =^p

Maybe someone should help them rewrite the silly tool using
Struts...
