Here are our findings regarding to Resin 2.1.9 when we tested Carrier demos on Struts with it: When a JSP page has one tag appeared in two places, for example, in two switch blocks, Resin 2.1.9 somehow will not construct the tag in the second block and therefore could produce a NPE. We believe it is a show stopper for Resin 2.1.9, but do not know why they are not interested in fixing this fundamental problem very soon. Resin 2.1.6 - 2.1.8 do it correctly.
