Just to confirm,  I dont need to place the following

  <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
  <META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">

In my pages? It is cool not to see these repeated lines
in all my pages
