Hey Prashanth! Thanks for your help, but I solved the problem. I had removed (by mistake) xerces.jar. So, my config files were not being parsed. Also, my DTD reference pointed to Struts 1.0 DTD (and I am using 1.1). Finally, I didn't have the <message-resources> element in struts-config.xml.
