will struts work with filters ? i am using filters now, and want to start using struts.

that's a bit like asking "will servlets work with filters?" or "will JSPs work with filters?" or even "will MVC work with filters?"
Struts is compatible with filters, although there is always lee-way for your filters to mess things up for struts, depending on what they do.
