There are at least half a dozen FTP Java libraries
out there. About half of them are hobbyists' versions
with varying degrees of completeness and bugginess.
One or two are commercial.
Unfortunately I do not have them available here at
work. I know my home puter has all of them, since
I was evaluating them for some personal projects
a few months ago.
www.google.com will find them for you.
