A new Kuala Lumpur (KL) based startup company requires an Analyst Programmer to develop web applications using Java/JSP and Struts Framework, with some Application Support duties. The company specialises in rapid application development, leveraging good development practises, utilising Open Source technologies. The company is a newly formed company, having just secured contract with a reputable Malaysian financial institution, an exciting opportunity to progress rapidly for a capable candidate.
Requirements :
Good knowledge in Java/JSP and Struts Framework
• Able to produce system and application documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to exchange project related information with appropriate team members.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.
•Basic knowledge of business applications software.
To secure this exciting position you must possess the following mandatory skills:
• Programming Language: Java • Hands-on experience in developing web application • Framework/Toolkit: Struts • Database: Any Relational Database • Others: J2EE Design Pattern
Additionally, it would be advantageous if you also possess the following optional skills/qualications:
• Diploma or Degree in IT-related discipline • Operating System: Linux/UNIX • Technology: LDAP, JCA, JAAS, JMX, JDBC • Framework/Toolkit: Ant • Others: CVS
