For what I need to do today, eclipse is the one that sucks the *least*, but make no mistake: it still sucks. Nice fast java editing. XML and jsp editors totally suck though. Netbeans is good if you are learning jstl, and need code completion in jsp tags. It's xml editor is still far superior to anything I have seen in eclipse. But it is slow - even the newest releases are slower than eclipse. I know - I have used them.
