Put <html:html xhtml="true" /> in any tiles or includes.

results in:

<form name="searchForm" method="POST" action="/xpetstore-ejb/search.jspa">
<input type="text" name="keyword" maxlength="30" size="18" value="">
<input type="image" name="" src="/xpetstore-ejb/ui/media/search_button.gif">
</form>

How can I fix this
