We've got reverse proxies that translates the context root - say "abc" to "xyz". Now, when the I check the html the action attribute is still "abc" because that was prepended by struts. Next page is not found because the reverse proxy does not recognize "abc".
I checked the mailing list archive and found that this was identified as a bug way back in 2002 but hasnt been fixed till date. Has someone atleast found a workaround to this problem.
